WMSC investigated a case of a knuckled selvage fence in a public park. Our certified safety professionals found the fence to have a sharp-point and sharp-edge through applicable scientific testing and standards evaluation. The knuckled selvage fence was knuckled incorrectly and unprotected, thereby exposing pedestrians to a serious and hazardous sharp object.
