Low Coefficient of Friction

WMSC investigated a case where a boating dock—meant for water—was slippery when wet. The deck material involved with the accident had a severely low coefficient of friction that went against the manufacturer’s claim. The material used to construct the deck was unsuitable for outdoor use.
