Historical Landmark & Diamond Plate Steel

Diamond Plate Steel
WMSC investigated a case at a building registered as a historic landmark. Despite its landmark status, the Defendant(s) violated multiple codes and standards. Further, diamond plate steel was used on an outdoor staircase that was partially covered—leaving them exposed to the elements. Diamond plate steel is known to be incredibly slippery when wet.
